Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 7cu77 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Account Registration and Verification

Registration at 7cu77 is free of charge. To open an account, you must complete the registration form in full and provide a valid mobile number or email address. 7cu77 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) process under which you may be required to submit identity and address documentation before withdrawal requests are processed.

7cu77 is committed to processing KYC reviews promptly. Standard KYC verification is completed within 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Enhanced due-diligence reviews for higher-value accounts may take up to 5 business days. 7cu77 will communicate any KYC-related delay to you via your registered email or phone number.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at 7cu77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

7cu77 is not liable for any loss suffered by a user as a result of a delay or failure in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by factors outside 7cu77's reasonable control, including but not limited to payment provider outages, network failures, or force majeure events. In the event of a processing error that results in an incorrect credit to your account, 7cu77 reserves the right to correct the error and recover any incorrectly credited funds.

Bonuses and Promotions

7cu77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including a welcome bonus for new accounts. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out below and any additional terms communicated at the point of the specific offer. By opting into any bonus, you agree to be bound by the relevant bonus terms.

• Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a 100% match bonus on their first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The minimum qualifying deposit to trigger the welcome bonus is ৳500. • General Bonus Terms: 7cu77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. No bonus may be transferred between accounts. Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless otherwise stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7cu77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. 7cu77's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that user in the 30-day period preceding the relevant event. Amendments and Governing Law

7cu77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment's effective date. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 7cu77 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to SSL encryption, fair play, and player protection.
